Gang Sheet- Wholesale

Artwork Submission: 

• Customers must submit high-resolution artwork files in a .PNG.format with a transparent background. Files should be submitted with the correct dimensions and specifications needed for printing. 
•  If changes are required an additional fee will apply.  

Directions for application:

• Place the DTF transfer ink side down onto your garment. 
• Cover the transfer film with a teflon sheet and press the garment for 15 seconds at 320 degrees. 
• Let the film cool completely. 
• When cool peel the transfer film and disgard as waste. 
• Cover the image with a cotton fabric such as a tea towel and press a second time at 320 degrees for 10 seconds. 

This process ensures that the design adheres securely to the fabric, resulting in a professional finish.

Pricing and Payment :

• Pricing for DTF prints will be determined based on retail/wholesale status.    
• Wholesale Status must provide a resale sales certificate from the business registered state. 
• Sales Tax will apply to all orders unless a tax exemption form is provided.

 Production Time : 

• Typical production time for DTF prints is 2 business days from the date of the order placed before noon.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

 Shipping and Delivery :

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Returns and Refunds:

• As DTF prints are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless a mistake was made on our part. Customers are encouraged to double-check artwork specifications before submitting their order.
• We must be notified 3 business days from the date of receipt of your order and original prints and/or garments must be provided for consideration of a solution.

Quality Assurance:

• We strive for high-quality results in all our prints. If you receive an order that does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us within 3 business days to resolve the issue.
